I weighed myself today and sadly, not any progress there, but I did go to the fitness center three times last week, took the stairs to my office three times last week, only had 1 soda in a 6 day period, and drank more water than I thought possible. It was that time of the month, so I'm hoping that is why my weight didn't budge down. This week I am going to try to stick with my good exercise habits and work on my eating habits a little more.

Looking back at week 2, how did you do? Do you have any mini goals this week? I hope you all had a great weekend!

I think you should feel really proud of the progress you have made. The scales don't always tell the truth because of a variety of factors so hang in there - you will see results!!

I am really proud of my progress last week - I had rough spots but I made it through without giving in. My mini-goal this week is to hang on during the rough times again as I wait for this difficult adjustment to the cooler weather to pass. I have come too far to blow it, but I wasn't expecting this to be so tough again - I thouhgt I had overcome the tough stuff!! I guess it just goes to show me that I need to always be prepared! My weight keeps yo-yoing back and forth, so it's hard for me to see right now if I'm making any real progress. I sure hope I am :P

I did really well the first half of week 2, then was sick over the 2nd half and weekend so didn't do so well. I did lose 2 pounds, but I'll have to wait and see if that was just because I didn't eat enough while I was sick. I'm looking forward to making up for it though the rest of the challenge!
