Ingredients
  • 32 oz (2 lbs) pkg baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until carrots are tender.
  2. Place carrots in serving dish. Pour reserved carrot juices into saucepan and bring to boil. Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl and add to saucepan.
  3. Boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over carrots and serve.
